Kristin Cavallari and Stephen Colletti were paid 2k for Laguna Beach “Season 1”

Kristin Cavallari and Stephen Colletti became every teenagers’ dream couple when the two were together on the hit MTV reality television show named Laguna Beach.

But here’s the real question: how much did the two actually get paid while the two starred on the television show?

According to Kristin Cavallari, she and Colletti were paid around $2,500 for the two’s starring roles on the first season of Laguna Beach.

Kristin mentions this salary on her podcast named, “Kristin and Stephen Back to the Beach.”

“I honestly would have done it for free,” said Kristin about the amount she was paid. “At that point in high school, to me, it was more of a competition. Everybody wanted it and I was like, ‘I’m gonna get this show!’

I’m super competitive. That has not changed. So, when they told us they were going to pay us, I said something like, ‘Oh my God… Great!'”

Kristin reminisces about how she was chosen to be on Laguna Beach on her podcast. Kristin explains that she needed to answer a number of questions before she was officially chosen.

One of the questions that she was asked was: “List your five best friends and what you hate about them.”

The MTV film crew also asked: “Who do you think is going to be Prom Queen?” Kristin’s response should not be a shocker to anyone who has seen the television show. She answered, “I don’t know… I don’t care… as long as it is not Lauren Conrad.”

Kristin has definitely grown-up and changed from her time on Laguna Beach but I am sure she has many things to reminisce about with her ex, Stephen Colletti, on the two’s podcast.

Always and forever,
