Taylor Swift is engaged

Taylor Swift, 32, is engaged to her boyfriend who is named Joe Alwyn, 31. Taylor and Joe Alwyn were engaged months ago but only told the two’s inner-circle of friends until now.

“They basically told the two’s immediate family, and trusted, very old friends. Everyone has been sworn to secrecy,” said someone who knows Taylor and Alwyn.

“They want the two’s love to stay away from the cameras as much as possible. This is just for them. And if and when they do exchange vows, there most definitely won’t be any Vogue, Rolling Stone or Hello! magazines there. It will be simple and elegant — like them.”

Taylor chooses to only wear her engagement ring in private to keep the paparazzi at bay.

Taylor and Alwyn met at the Met Gala in the year 2016.

Alwyn is an actor from the country of Great Britain.

It seems that congratulations are in order for the two.
